Undergraduate Medical Education Programme

Our award-winning undergraduate medical education programme features two weeks of blended learning. It includes entry and exit MCQs, OSCE exams, online teaching, and interactive tutorials with our medical staff.

Students rotate through all zones of our Emergency Department, gaining extensive experience in managing medical, surgical, trauma, gynaecological, psychiatric and orthopaedic injuries and illnesses.

Our programme provides diverse learning opportunities supported by online resources, dedicated face-to-face teaching, and direct interaction with a high volume of patients daily. Our medical and nursing staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital are readily available to answer questions and assist with practical learning.

We also offer a number of internship opportunities and placements with our trauma or Emergency Department team to further enhance your experience.
