Nursing
GP Liaison Nurse: Daphnie Layugan
Daphnie graduated from St. Paul’s University Philippines and subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Emergency Nursing at University College Dublin. With over 10 years of experience in emergency departments in both Ireland and the Philippines, Daphnie has worked in both public and private healthcare sectors.
Allied Health Professionals
Eimear Horan – Senior Physiotherapist
Eimear is a graduate of University College Dublin and has been working in our Emergency Department since 2012 where the physiotherapy service includes acute respiratory care, early rehabilitation and musculoskeletal management. Eimear is the physiotherapy representative on the Acute Medicine Programme, Health and Social Care Professionals implementation group.
Emergency Department Administration
Gaye Moffat
Gaye is responsible for the medical administration services within the Emergency Department. Gaye has worked in the financial services industry both in London and Dublin as well as spending time overseas with Concern Worldwide as a General Systems Manager in East Timor and IT officer in Cambodia.
