New Year, Time to Quit: Join SVUH’s 6-Week Stop Smoking Course

As we welcome 2025, it’s the perfect time to take control of your health and quit smoking. St. Vincent’s University Hospital (SVUH) is offering a free, online 6-week Stop Smoking Course starting Wednesday, 15th January from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. Whether you’re looking to stop smoking or vaping, this course is designed to help you take that important first step towards a healthier life.

The course, hosted by the Smoking Advice Service at SVUH is open to anyone who wants to quit smoking or vaping and will provide:

  • Support to help you quit
  • Skills and strategies to stay smoke-free
  • Advice on stop-smoking medications

Course details:

  • Start Date: Wednesday, 15th January 2025
  • Time: 5:30pm – 7:00pm every Wednesday
  • Location: Online
