Keen to stop smoking?
Free Stop Smoking Courses run by SVUH across the year
Open to all who smoke – staff, outpatients, visitors and members of the local community.
These six week courses, which run either in-person at St. Vincent’s University Hospital or virtually online:
- Provide support in a friendly atmosphere
- Help develop skills to stop smoking
- Provide advice on stop smoking medications
All of which increases your chances of stopping smoking for good.
2023 Dates:
September Course (in-person at SVUH) Monday evenings 5:30pm – 7pm weekly from 11th September to 16th October.
November Course (virtual, online) Monday evenings 5:15-6:45pm weekly from 6th November to 11th December.
